I had a mixed experience at Affordable Family Resort. The location was great, just across the street from the beach, which was a highlight for my family. However, the hotel itself felt quite run-down with cleanliness issues and unkempt facilities. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the overall condition of the resort left much to be desired.

The room I stayed in had cleanliness issues and felt outdated. I found cobwebs and mold in the bathroom, and there were even problems with bed bugs in one of the rooms initially assigned to me. Despite these issues, the rooms were spacious enough for my family.

The staff were friendly, particularly Glenda, who was really helpful during our stay. However, I did have a frustrating experience dealing with management regarding the bed bug issue, and I felt they could have handled it better.
